BACK PAIN EXERCISES HOW TO RELIEVE BACK PAIN

back pain relief

If you've ever groaned, "Oh, my aching back!", you are not alone. Back pain is one of the most common medical problems, affecting 8 out of 10 people at some point during their lives. Back pain can range from a dull, constant ache to a sudden, sharp pain. Acute back pain comes on suddenly and usually lasts from a few days to a few weeks. Back pain is called chronic if it lasts for more than three months.

Most back pain goes away on its own, though it may take awhile. Taking over-the-counter pain relievers and resting can help. However, staying in bed for more than 1 or 2 days can make it worse.

The best way to relieve back pain is to get up on your feet and do some back pain exercises. Neck and shoulder stretches as well as some lower back pain exercises can go a long way towards resolving the issue.  Below I listed some back pain exercises that can help provide back pain relief.

If your back pain is severe or doesn't improve after three days, you should call your health care provider. You should also get medical attention if you have back pain following an injury.

SOLAR PANELS WOW

What are solar panels?

Solar panels are devices that convert light into electricity. They are called "solar" panels because most of the time, the most powerful source of light available is the Sun, called Sol by astronomers. Some scientists call them photovoltaics which means, basically, "light-electricity."

A solar panel is a collection of solar cells. Lots of small solar cells spread over a large area can work together

Definition

Asthma is an inflammatory disorder of the airways, which causes attacks of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors

Asthma is caused by inflammation in the airways. When an asthma attack occurs, the muscles surrounding the airways become tight and the lining of the air passages swell. This reduces the amount of air that can pass by, and can lead to wheezing sounds.
Most people with asthma have wheezing attacks separated by symptom-free periods. Some patients have long-term shortness of breath with episodes of increased shortness of breath. In others, a cough may be the main symptom. Asthma attacks can last minutes to days and can become dangerous if the airflow becomes severely restricted.
In sensitive individuals, asthma symptoms can be triggered by breathing in allergy-causing substances (called allergens or triggers).
Common asthma triggers include:

 Flying With The Baby Bunch!!!

My story.   I just have to share this.  Its like a scary episode of Barney mixed with a little Friday the 13th. LOL!

It starts on July the 2nd 2008.  We had a 5:00 p.m. flight witch was a smart move on our part because the kids would sleep most of the way at night.  Mind you that we had been planning for this trip months in advance.

(Be sure to check out Part 2!)

What did we do to get ready for the 18 hours of traveling  with 3 small children?  We bought a portable dvd player with head phones, hand held video games, cards and travel games,  a lap top loaded with games and 4 controllers, coloring books, packed goody bags filled with great treats, extra clothes thank the (Gods for that), oh and Benadryl. LOL.

Ok before I proceed with the Brazil trip lets go back a bit to when there was JUST 2 children, lol...

WHAT ARE YOU FEEDING YOUR CHILDREN?

I do not let my children tell me what they are not going to eat.  We eat a vegetarian based diet with the exception of fish and chicken but only some times.

HAIR *THE BAD AND THE UGLY WHEN DEALING WITH BUGS*

OMG Disgusting  nits ... the enemy of parent the world over.  For such little critters they wreak havoc on entire households!  They are like a small bug, have six very strong legs (good for hanging onto their new meal) and use a "gummy" substance to attach their eggs to
the root shaft of the hair or hair follicles.
