Mami Knows Best Boriquas

All of the food you see was made and created by me!  These are Pages from my Cook book "Real Food For Royal Families"  That Is currently in the making I just wanted to give all you Beautiful people a peek of what kinds of Wonderful things to expect when my book gets published! 

Every thing is fun and easy and the whole family can get involved.  My children love to help out in the kitchen and it helps introduce new food to them with out turning them off.  Enjoy!

This is the best breakfast in the world  "Acai" sliced bananas and granola.  Its filling Energy boosting and so good.  Lots of people here in Brazil eat and drink Acai.  You should be able to find it at your health food store more than likely  frozen if it is not native to your country.

Blend Strain and serve
I chop and add these herbs and spices to almost all my cooked food! Parsley, green peppers, green onion, garlic, tomatoes and onions.

Beans any kind will do just add water boil then add spices and herbs

 When soft ready to eat!  and oh so yummy!


 Whit rice Green onion, garlic, and olive oil!  Delicious!




This is colvi like your collard greens in the southern parts of the U.S. BUt this is how I fix them..........

JUst add onions butter and seasoning  and a half cup of water to steam!


Put it all together and what do you have?  A Delicious Healthy"Ital" Vegetarian  Meal Great for the whole family!


 This dish is black beans, with white rice,fried green plantains and tuna patties. 







Beets,lettuce,tomatoes,cucumbers and onion salad with white and yellow rice and beans!
 raw spinach and carrots fried plantains and mixed rice and beans!


Black rice and beans curry chicken and raw onions and tomato salad!
